I know you can't believe everything you read on Facebook.  But I saw this post and wanted to know if it's true.  So for today's #tipTuesday, I'm going to take you through my little experiment.

I started by cutting three avocados with this amazing tool.  Seriously, if you ever use avocados you NEED this tool. As a side note, this 3-in-1 tool is available on Amazon and has over 3,000 reviews with a rating of 4.5 stars.  I'm telling's great!  You can click the image to check it out!

After I cut all three avocados and scooped the insides into an air-tight container, I added the three seeds.  This is only avocado.  I mixed no other ingredients or juices with it.

I put the lid on the container and placed it in the refrigerator.

    The next day...

It's not what I would call brown, but it's not bright green like day one.  I put a lid back on and placed the container back in the refrigerator.

    Then on day three...

This looks exactly like day 2, doesn't it?

I think my conclusion for this #tipTuesday is that seeds help but don't completely do the job.  Try it out and see for yourself.  You might find you have a new way of storing your avocados and guacamole.
