Upon the recommendation of a friend, we used Beaver Creek Black Tie Ski Rental for the first time. I don't think we will ever rent from anyone else again. Black Tie was amazing, and they come to you – a hotel, a condo, a house – they are there! The company has great customer service and was prompt. We had our 6 and 9 year boys with us. The worker was patient while making sure the boys were fitted correctly. We appreciated the friendliness of our team member. It look less than 45 minutes to fit all four of us. Plus, the team member delivered all the equipment to the hotel's ski valet, so we had nothing extra to do.

We didn't have any problems with our equipment while skiing. However, the company includes slope side service to resolve any issues that may come up while you are on your ski trip.
